Grant has been in pursuit for nearly a decade to help children fight obesity. In his clinical practice, he has realized many health disparities and is striving to positively impact generations to come. KidFit was founded in 2021 with the goal to help children suffering from obesity find a workout routine they enjoy. Not all families feel comfortable at a gym or have this resource. Therefore, KidFit is preparing FREE professional workout videos and providing equipment that children can use in the comfort of their own home! It is our hope that we can transform children's lives and help them become the healthiest versions of themselves. We have professional youth fitness coaches, nurse practitioners, and trainers ready to help in a nurturing way.
At KidFit Inc, we believe all children should be granted the opportunity to experience the benefits of movement. We understand that everyone's journey is unique, so we work with each child to develop a personalized plan that meets their needs and goals. We have FREE equipment packages (jump rope, resistance bands, water bottle, workout mat) and videos ready to go for children in need. We need your help to reach more kids.
