This is a great resource for someone just wanting to add some movement into their daily routine. All exercise routines can be found on the "Workouts" Tab or by visiting our YouTube channel TeamKidFit.
You will still have access to all of our exercise routines but this will take it one step further with a guided 30-Day-Challenge. This will start to encourage change for not only movement but lifestyle- incorporating eating, sleep, and stress management habits. This can be found through our app on the "Workouts" tab and clicking on "Download the App".
A new launch as we walk alongside families with a fully comprehensive approach titled Healing Habits. Here our families will receive coaching with a KidFit ambassador, registered dietician, and personal trainer. This is our most "hands-on" level. If you are interested in this level of support we encourage you to go through the "Contact" tab.
