Our certified personal trainers and youth fitness specialist check-in weekly with families on the progress. We review the current struggles and successes, modifying the lifestyle changes along the way.
A journal is provided for kids to write down thoughts on the "good, better, best" principle. QR codes are on every page of the packet that provides guided instruction for that days movement series or lifestyle change- this ensures proper form and eliminates confusion.
